Question 2: If you hadn’t become a Chef what other career field would you have chosen to get into and why?

A: My best experiences in the kitchen have always been teaching aspiring chefs how to better expand their skills and become culinary leaders in their field of expertise. Worst experience has always been when I have to stop cooking because I ran out of food. My learning experience overall is always
be passionate within your skills mindset and if you should ever fall down or
trip, get up and continue striving to be the best.

A: There's a lot of opportunity in Atlanta for the field that I am in. I can only base my personal opinions on Atlanta. The sky is the limit in this city and you can grow. With my family being here in Atlanta I can definitely now call this city home!
